1. Shipping methods & cost
We ship all over Greece: BoxNow (locker) β¬2.00 Β· ACS home delivery β¬3.50. Free shipping on orders over β¬50.00.
2. Delivery time
Each product is made in our lab in 3β7 working days (shown on its page). Courier delivery usually adds 1β3 working days.
3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
For distance purchases you may withdraw within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving a reason. IMPORTANT: Under art. 3l of Greek law 2251/1994 (and Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized β such as name-personalized products. 4. Faulty products
If a product arrives damaged or with a personalization mistake on our side, we replace it free of charge. Email us a photo at [EMAIL] within [X] days of delivery.
